All of our blankets ship within 2-3 weeks of receipt of order. Each personalized blanket is custom made-to-order in the USA and is well worth the wait. If you a need a gift sooner we offer an expedited option for a small fee which will get your blanket shipped in approximately 6 business days.

Does myubby have any guarantees on their products?
All ubby personalized baby blankets are guaranteed to produce uncontrollable smiles. Build a blanket. Create a smile. That's our motto, and we stand by it.

If you have received your order and it is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know and we will replace it immediately. We believe in our products and back them up with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're unhappy with your ubby, please let us know. We'll either help you build the ubby of your child's dreams or refund your money.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any errors made during your custom ubby blanket builder process, including any choices you may have made on fabric, edging, and personalization. So please check - and double check - your order.

We will be held responsible for any errors we make during production of your custom ubby blanket. If we make a mistake, we ask for your forgiveness and a little extra time to make a new one.
